Gazprom now has to pay more for Central Asian natural gas

Türkmenistan'ın ve Özbekistan'ın Gazprom'a satılan doğal gaz fiyatını arttırma kararı almasından sonra Kazakistan'ın da doğal gaz transit geçiş ücretlerini arttırma yönünde karar alması ile birlikte Orta Asya doğal gazı satışından elde edilen kar oranında önemli bir düşüş yaşanması bekleniyor.

After Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan made the decision to increase the price of gas sold to Gazprom, Kazakhstan also made the decision to increase the transit price for natural gas, which will result in a large drop in the profits in natural gas sales in Central Asia.

Kazakistan doğal gaz şirketi "Kaztransgaz", Kazakistan sınırları içerisinde bulunan doğal gaz boru hatlarından geçecek 1000 metre küp Rus ve Orta Asya doğal gazından 100 kilometre başına alınacak miktarın 1.1 dolardan 1.4 dolara yükseltildiğini açıkladı.

The Kazakh natural gas company Kaztransgaz revealed that it would increase the price for each 1000 cubic metres of Russian and Central Asian natural gas per 100 kilometres passing through natural gas pipelines inside the borders of Kazakhstan from $1.10 to $1.40.

Kaztransgaz tarafından yapılan açıklamada, doğal gaz transit geçiş ücretlerinin arttırılması ile ilgili antlaşmanın Gazprom , Kaztransgaz ve Orta Asya İntergaz ile imzalandığı ve yürürlüğe girdiği kaydedildi.

According to the explanation from Kaztransgaz, Gazprom, Kaztransgas and Intergas Central Asia had signed an agreement on the increase in transit fees of natural gas and that it would be brought into effect.

Kazakistan sınırları içerisinde bulunan doğal gaz boru hatlarından 2008 yılı içerisinde 47 milyar metre küp Rus doğal gazı , 54 milyar metre küp Orta Asya doğal gazı verilmesi planlanıyor.

47 billion cubic metres of Russian natural gas and 54 billion cubic metres of Central Asian natural gas are planned to pass through natural gas pipelines in Kazakhstan throughout 2008.

Enerji uzmanları, Gazprom'un Orta Asya ülkelerinden doğal gazı daha önceleri 100 dolara alarak Avrupa ülkelerine 300 dolara sattığını ve ortalama yıllık karının önemli bir bölümünü bu satışlardan elde ettiğini, Türkmenistan , Özbekistan ve Kazakistan'ın doğal gaz fiyatlarını arttırmasından sonra Gazprom'un kar oranında önemli bir düşüş yaşanacağını belirtiyorlar.

Energy experts say that Gazprom obtains natural gas from Central Asian countries for $100, selling it to European countries for $300, obtaining an important part of its average yearly profits through these sales, and that after the increase of Turkmen, Uzbek and Kazakh natural gas prices that Gazprom would see a large fall in their profit margin.
