The original article is here in Turkish, and here's part of it.
According to a statement by the Ministry of Education, with new changes to the educational system classes will be able to be given not only in Macedonian but also Turkish, Albanian and Serbian. With this Macedonian students as well will be able to have the chance to learn the languages of ethnic groups within their country.
The Macedonian Minister of Education Nikola Todorovski said he supported the new practice, and that the learning of ethnic languages would bring cultural and scientific richness to the students. The new program is also being supported by the Skopje representation of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).

Heh, and we in Norway complains about how dangerous it is for people to learn foreign languages in school in our country.
Very good, Macedonia. =)
Those languages are not all that foreign, to be honest. Albanians constitute a large minority in Macedonia while Serbian is understood by most people. Nonetheless, a good move.
