Moon tourism could take place by 2020

This is an example of why I'm cautiously optimistic about the White House's new plans for NASA. Constellation originally planned to have people on the Moon by 2020, but since the Moon isn't that difficult a destination if extra investment into private aerospace is able to accomplish something similar (tourists circumnavigating the Moon) by the same date then I'll be happy with that.
