Latvian - Ido dictionary now available online

There was an announcement yesterday that there is now a Latvian - Ido dictionary available online here, and also as a pdf here. Kjell is always talking about his friends in the Baltic States and how there really isn't a good way to promote IALs to people of their linguistic background.

In addition to that there is a pdf of a small Ido course in Latvian, so now people from Latvia have the minimum to learn the basics of the language without having to resort to English, Spanish, Russian or whatever other major language.
