STRASBOURG - Avrupa Konseyi’ne üye 47 ülkenin daimi temsilcileri düzeyinde yapılan toplantıda, Türkiye Kafkasya İstikrar Platformu önerisini anlattı. Gürcistan Büyükelçisi ise, öneriyi olumlu bulmakla birlikte, Rusya’nın Güney Osetya ve Abhazya’nın bağımsızlıklarını tanımasının ardından böyle bir girişimin anlamı kalmadığını ima etti.

STRASBOURG - Turkey explained its Caucasus Stability Platform proposal in a meeting of the European Commision to the permanent representatives of 47 nations. The Ambassador for Georgia said that they found the proposal to be a positive one, while hinting that there was no meaning left in this development after Russia's recognition of the independence of South Ossetia and Abkzahia.
