New online Turkish dictionary with spoken pronunciation available starting September 26th / Türkçe'nin doğru telaffuzu internette

That's what this page on haberturk.com says. It has two features that set it apart from most dictionaries: being able to hear the pronunciation of a word, and a find-as-you-type function (langtolang.com already has the latter by the way):

So there it is. I don't know exactly what the address will be but here's the address of the Türk Dil Kurumu (Turkish Language Association); it'll probably be easy to find from there.
