FOX news clumsily adds Joe Biden clip from 2008 in montage of clips from the weekend to try to make Obama administration look bad

Yikes. Funny that they would even try this:



because the Joe Biden part of the montage is obviously him during campaign mode from last year, as opposed to his current Vice President mode. I wrote about Joe Biden quite a bit during the campaign so even I recognized it right away.
