Here's a book from the 80s (I think) that just about anyone that spends a fair amount of time on the internet in Korea knows. Here are a few pages of the book with English translations that I've added.














Edit: note on the last one - I assume the order here is 1) keep the front knee slack, 2) this will then result in a reverse turn, 3) perfect the pose by putting your hands on your knees.
