Mpumalanga (South Africa) to award bursaries to business people to learn Portuguese
Wednesday, April 22, 2009
Another Portuguese in Africa-related article here tells us about how the South African province of Mpumalanga is offering bursaries to 30 business people to study Portuguese, as this is the language spoken in Mozambique across the border from the province. The capital of the country (Maputo) is also located in the far south, so very close to Mpumalanga.
The article doesn't say just how much is being offered but the deadline is 4 May, so if you're a resident of Mpumalanga you may be interested in that.
