Number of people learning German now up to 15.4 million

I've referenced similar articles over the past few years, but this new one from Deutsche Welle referencing the German Foreign Office's newest five-year study is about as official as a survey of this type can get.

It began in 1985, showing a peak in 2000 of 20.1 million, 16.7 million in 2005, 14.7 million in 2010, and now 15.4 million in 2015.
