Gürcistan'ın Kafkas Haber Ajansı'nın bugün (26 Ağustos) bildirdiğine göre, Gürcistan Devlet Başkanı Mihail Saakaşvili dün (25 Ağustos) Gori kentinde başkanlık ettiği hükümet çalışma toplantısında, silahlı çatışmaların yol açtığı doğrudan kaybı telafi etmek için, Gürcistan hükümetinin önümüzdeki üç ay içinde bir plan hazırlayacağını açıkladı.

According to news from Georgia's Caucasus News Agency today (26 August), the president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili yesterday presided at a government work meeting in the city of Gori, where the Georgian government announced the preparation of a plan in the coming three months to make up for losses from the armed conflicts.

Saakaşvili, hükümetin 18 aylık bir yeniden yapılanma planı hazırlamakta olduğuna işaret ederek, evsiz kalanların yeni evlere taşınacağını, ölenlerin ailelerine maddi yardım yapılacağını ve yaralıların tedavi edileceğini kaydetti. Saakaşvili şu an için en önemli olanın, liman ve demiryollarının normal işleyişi ile elektrik tedarikinin güvence altına alınması olduğunu belirtti.

Saakashvili indicated that the government was preparing a new 18-month plan, comprising building new houses for those left homeless, material aid for families of those that had died, and treatment for the wounded. Saakashvili said that the most important areas right now were the normal operation of harbours and railways, and guaranteeing procurement of electricity.
