Wikipedia as yet has only the most basic of information on relations between Georgia and Germany: "Georgian-German relations are foreign relations between Georgia and Germany. Germany recognized the independence of Georgia on March 22, 1992. Diplomatic relations between both countries were established on April 13, 1992. Georgia has an embassy in Berlin and Germany has an embassy in Tbilissi."
