War in South Ossetia: Azerbaijan gives $500,000 of aid to Georgia / Azerbaycan'dan Gürcistan'a 500 bin $ yardım

The Caucasus: Georgia is to the left bordering the Black Sea and Azerbaijan is down to the right, ending in the Caspian. The distance from Baku to Tbilisi is 448 kilometres, and Ganja (Gence/Gəncə), Azerbaijan's second-largest city, is really close to the border.

Here's a piece of news from yenisafak.com.tr in Turkish on the aid Azerbaijan is giving to its neighbour Georgia. There seem to be a ton of typos in this but it's the only article I could find on the subject right now.

Rusya ile girdiği savaşta, topraklarında yaşayan binlerce kişinin öldüğü Gürcistan'a Azerbaycan'dan yardım eli uzandı. Azerbaycan Cumhurbaşkanı İlham Aliyev'in girişimiyle, Azerbaycan Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından yapılacak ilaç yardımı da dahil olmak üzere toplam 500 bin dolarlık yardım yapılacağı kaydedildi. In the war with Russia where thousands of those living in the area have died, Azerbaijan has extended a helping hand to Georgia. With the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, a total of $500,000 worth of aid will be provided including medical aid from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Health. In a statement from the Ministry of Health an important part of the 25 tonnes of aid supplies to be sent is made up of medical supplies as most need medical supplies as a result of the destruction of war. During the war in Georgia, Ukraine, Turkey and Azerbaijan have been requested for aid.
