Just a simple test. Try letting your mouse pointer linger over some of the words in this paragraph.

It's really easy...hm, actually I can't post it here in the comments but if you take a look at the source you can see how it's done. It's just the same code repeated over and over again. Takes some time but very simple.
This is a great idea! In fact I was recently looking to do something like this while working on the Hindi-Ido vortaro. This seems like a good solution. Thanks.
I'm both surprised and annoyed to find that I didn't leave a comment here earlier. It's a SPAN command, using the less-than and greater-than signs in standard HTML fashion as brackets:
Less-than span title="desiniada-designed" greater-than desiniada less-than slash span greater-than
will cause "desiniada-designed" to appear when you place your cursor over "desiniada."
