Endeavour just launched, and ISS is about to look more like a space station from science fiction

That will be thanks to this!
It's the ISS Cupola Module, which will be installed soon along with the Tranquility module on the mission that just launched a few hours ago.
A few missions ago I was able to see the ISS along with the Space Shuttle as they both passed overhead just a few hours after the Shuttle left the station, and so be sure to check out this page to see if there will be any ISS/Shuttle sightings where you live as well. Both of them were perfectly visible from the centre of Seoul (population 24.5 million), so it doesn't matter how urban a location you happen to live in.
