Activity on Idolisto way up this month

I wrote a post here a few days ago on the average amount of activity on Idolisto, the main list for Ido-language speakers to communicate with each other and make announcements. At the time there was quite a bit of activity in the past week, but since that was just the first week of November I couldn't include the numbers in the average because there was no guarantee that the level of activity would continue to hold.

Some ten days later we're still continuing to see that high level of activity, giving a total of 221 posts already for the month of November so far. If you take a look at the chart you can see that the average per month in 2008 has just a bit over 100, so with these posts for November Idolisto has already enough posts to raise the average a bit even if not a single user makes a post between now and December 31. It looks like the average for 2008 will turn out to be about the same as in 2005.

Once again, this is just one list of many and Yahoo! Groups isn't the only place to find Idist activity in the world either, but it's still fun to follow. This amount of activity for a month on Idolisto hasn't been seen since June 2004.
